Join Debbie from Derwentside Yoga and Louanne from Lunar Moon Tranquil Sounds for a peaceful evening of movement, relaxation and deep rest in the beautiful Derwent Manor boutique hotel.
Your two-hour experience begins with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga stretch. We'll move mindfully, releasing tension from the body, calming the nervous system and creating space to slow down after the demands of the day.
The evening then flows into a deeply restorative sound bath with Lunar Moon Tranquil Sounds. As you rest comfortably, the soothing vibrations of will gently wash over you, encouraging relaxation, stillness and a sense of balance.
Together, yoga and sound create the perfect combination to help quiet a busy mind, ease physical tension and support better rest. The intention is that you'll leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded, ready for a great night's sleep.
Whether you're completely new to yoga and sound healing, or already enjoy these practices, this evening is designed to be accessible to everyone. There is nothing to achieve - simply an opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, calm setting.
