To help you get the most from your training day, please take note of the following:
What to bring:
• A journal or notebook for taking notes
• A pen
• An open mind and willingness to learn
What to wear:
• Loose, comfortable clothing suitable for working in
• Please also bring something easy to change in and out of, as you will be working on each other throughout the day
On the day:
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can settle in and begin promptly
• All equipment, oils and materials will be provided
• This is a hands-on course, so you will both give and receive treatments
Prerequisite:
• A full body massage qualification is required for this course
