Session 1. Learn about the key anatomy of the kidney, heart and lungs by watching live dissections by a Biomedical Sciences academic.
Session 2. Analyse the current technologies used in kidney, heart and lung surgery and then apply the engineering design process to innovate and develop the surgical technologies of the future.
Session 3. Analyse the current Biochemical tests and technologies used in medical diagnosis. Apply the engineering design process to innovate and develop the medical diagnostic technologies of the future.
Session 4. Medical Technology Conference. The medical innovators will present their medical innovations and collaborate about problems and further innovations.
Medical Robotics Logbooks and zoom links will be emailed to parents upon booking. Certificates will be emailed upon course completion.
