Fitness Sessions in the Community

Emma Fisher is a Chester based Personal Trainer who is keen to promote exercise and fitness in the community. Her passion and determination to help others improve their health is behind the variety of classes she offers in the community.

All community sessions are offered to both men, women and teenagers and places must be booked in advance to comply with social distancing. All the necessary COVID-19 regulations concerning group exercise are adhered to and risk assessments are in place.
