PARADE | Apply to have your group to walk in the parade

The 2023 Gala Parade is 17th June at 11:30 am starting from The Green, Davidson's Mains | Applications are due 3rd May

The Gala Parade is open to children's organisations local to Davidson's Mains.

17th June 11:00 am - Parade participants will meet on The Green, Davidson's Mains.
17th June 11:30 - The parade starts on The Green, proceeds along Main Street turning right on Cramond Road South, finishing within the grounds of Lauriston Castle.
All parade participants will then be directed to line up on 2 sides creating a walkway for the Gala Court up to the stage.

The application period closes Wednesday 3 May 11:59 pm
Applicants will be notified by Wednesday 10 May if their application is accepted or declined.

Participation in the Gala Day parade is free, however, all participants must pay to enter the Gala and wear a wristband.

Group Application \| Local Group Parade Participation Available until Wed 3 May '23 11:59pm This is a group booking. We DO NOT need to know on this page how many participants you will have. If you are the main contact for multiple subgroups within an organisation such as the Scouts, you may list all your groups on an upcoming page. You would only complete separate applications if you would like to register different contact people for each group.It is free to be in the parade, however, all participants are required to pay the £2 entry fee.
