STALLS | Apply for your business or community group to have a stall

We welcome local businesses and organisations to have stalls at the Gala to promote their products and/or services.

To ensure diverse offerings on the day, this booking is only an application until you receive notification that your stall has been accepted.

• The application period closes Wednesday 3 May 11:59 pm
• Applicants will be notified by Wednesday 10 May if their application is accepted or declined.
• Promotion and/or sales of alcohol, vaping or aerosol products is not permitted.
• If accepted, you will receive an invoice from the Gala committee.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and can made online via credit card, via bank transfer, or cash by arrangement
  • Payment must be received within 7 days of receiving your invoice or your space will be released and offered to another applicant.
• The Gala will provide tents for all stallholders.
• Each stallholder is responsible for furnishing their space. We do not provide tables and chairs.
• There is no electricity available.
