Dragonfly Breathwork and Sound Bath

Details

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. These sounds help promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being by calming the mind and body. Sessions are typically held in a comfortable setting where individuals can lie down, close their eyes, and let the healing frequencies wash over them.

A gentle breathwork session involves guided, conscious breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and support emotional release. Unlike intense or active breathwork styles, gentle breathwork focuses on slow, mindful breaths to encourage relaxation, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to the body. It’s a safe and nurturing practice suitable for all levels, often used to relieve anxiety, improve sleep, and restore balance.
