William Sitwell is one of Britain's leading food writers. A restaurant critic for The Telegraph, MasterChef judge and former award-winning editor of Waitrose Food. He talks about the history of food, including the problems associated with feeding Britain during WWII in his book 'Eggs or Anarchy' - and shares his passion for wine, cooking and the Sitwell Supper Club at his local Somerset farm.
