You are invited to join us for a heart warming New Year's Eve Gathering at the beautiful and cosy The Den Yoga Studio.
What it will include:
Cacao
Voice Activation and Song Sharing
Live Music
Seed Sowing (bulb to take home)
Expect to be welcomed with soothing sounds of singing bowls as we arrive to the circle, be nourished and guided into your heart space by mama cacao while setting intentions for the year, we will continue to warm the heart with gentle voice exploration leading to a song and rhythm circle.
Serene live music and meditation will be weaved throughout.
The intention is to celebrate and honor what has been and is yet to come.
This gathering is suitable for all humans. Everybody welcome. Every voice is welcome.

Instructions
What to bring to the circle:
Small mug - favourite if possible
Cosy and comfortable clothing
Yummy water
Journal, for any thoughts that might arise
Optional, favourite comfy cushion
Also, make sure to arrive 15 minutes before as there is limited parking space in the area.
Mama Cacao is not suitable for pregnancy or any humans taking antidepressants. Let us know if you have any allergies and we will be more than happy to prepare something with love for you 💚
