Laura will lead you through an hour of deep rest and expansive sound journeying to honour the full moon.
The sound bath will be created using Himalayan singing bowls, alongside other bells, chimes and percussion instruments.
The frequencies of the sound waves produced by the singing bowls have a calming effect on the body and mind, promoting feelings of wellbeing, relaxation and security and reducing stress.

The studio entrance is down a few steps from street level.
Suggested arrival time is 5 - 10 minutes before the event start time; please knock on the door for entry.
Please bring your own water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
We have mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and other props. You are welcome to bring your own as well.

If you can no longer make it to your class, in some cases it might be possible to transfer your booking to a similar event. Please contact the studio to discuss this ahead of the event you need to cancel.
