Rally fee: £39.50 (covers 3 nights)
Extra night fee: £11.00 per night
Fishing on site, Country walks and cycle paths nearby. Short journey into Lincoln, Newark and Retford. Sherwood Forest, Rufforth Country Park and Clumber Park are within an easy drive. Doddington Hall is nearby with lovely gardens, farm shop and café.
There will be shelter for quizzes, games and bingo. We will have a cream tea afternoon plus cheese and biscuits one evening. We will also be having a supper one evening (there will be a small charge). Weather permitting a games afternoon with Pimm’s. If there are enough people interested, we may organise a meal out.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your rally details.
Arrival & Check-in:
Follow the EYC signs when approaching the site. On arrival, check in with your rally marshals who will guide you to your pitch.
What to bring:
Your membership card and your own refreshments for socials.
Payments:
Any balance or extra night fees are payable on arrival.
