Friday evening join us for “Tea and Coffee”. Saturday afternoon games on the field (weather permitting). Saturday evening social on site (possible charge). Followed by flag, raffle and competition winners, and one of Denis’s music quizzes.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your rally details.
Arrival & Check-in:
Follow the EYC signs when approaching the site. On arrival, check in with your rally marshals who will guide you to your pitch.
What to bring:
Your membership card and your own refreshments for socials.
Payments:
Any balance or extra night fees are payable on arrival.
