This is a nature-based wellbeing session supported by EcoWild and run by long standing participants. As a peer led group it is intended for those who have previously taken part in an EcoWild wellbeing course.
The session content will be inspired by activities and themes we have visited in the past, and by the group members' interests and skills. It will run with a similar rhythm to our usual wellbeing groups, with a morning mindfulness practice, walk and afternoon creative practice. There will also be a lunch break for a shared soup.
Members of the group are responsible for their own social distancing and hand washing/ sanitising to avoid covid transmission.
