Step into a softly held space of calm, comfort and deep restoration.
This Elara Moon Sound Bath is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself as we gently transition into a new season. March carries the quiet energy of awakening, lighter evenings, fresh beginnings, and the soft stirring of intention. This evening is your space to align with that energy.
You’ll be guided into relaxation with a gentle meditation, allowing your body and nervous system to fully settle. As you rest comfortably, the soothing tones of white crystal singing bowls will wash over you, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and restore inner balance.
Sound baths work on a deeply therapeutic level. The vibrations from the crystal bowls help:

✨ Support emotional release
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Encourage deeper sleep
✨ Create clarity and inner stillness
There is nothing you need to do, simply lie back, get cosy and receive.
During the evening we will also include:
🌙 Guided meditation

🌙 Deep relaxation with crystal sound bowls
🌙 Optional herbal tea
🌙 Optional gentle sharing circle
All mats, blankets and cushions are provided — just bring yourself in comfortable clothing and an open heart.

All mats, blankets and cushions provided, but your very welcome to bring any extra home comforts.
Plenty of Parking on the village hall car park.
Enter through the front doors and I will be in the main hall, just come on in and get comfortable 💛
Sound baths are deeply relaxing and generally very safe, however they are not suitable for everyone.
For safety reasons, I am unable to offer sound baths to anyone who has:
• A pacemaker or any implanted electronic medical device
• Metal implants in the body (including certain surgical implants)
• Severe or uncontrolled epilepsy
• A history of sound-induced seizures
• Severe mental health conditions involving psychosis
• Recent major surgery (within the last 6–8 weeks)
• Pregnancy
• Severe tinnitus that is easily triggered by sound
• Any serious heart condition not medically managed
If you are unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please consult your GP or medical professional before booking.
