A beautiful, baby-led sound bath created especially for mums (or caregivers) and their little ones.
Step into a calm, nurturing space where there is no pressure or expectation. Feed, cuddle, change nappies, rock your baby or simply relax as you both soak up the gentle sounds. Every baby is welcome exactly as they are.
Together we'll enjoy a gentle guided meditation, soothing crystal singing bowls and calming sounds designed to create a peaceful experience for both you and your baby. This is also a lovely opportunity to meet other local mums and build connections in a warm, supportive environment.
✨ Mats, cushions and cosy blankets are provided – just bring yourself, your baby and anything they may need.
Exchange: £15 per mum & baby.
Important Health Information
For your safety, sound baths are not suitable for anyone who:
Is in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Has epilepsy or a history of seizures triggered by sound.
Has a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device (unless you have written medical approval).
Has severe or unmanaged mental health conditions, including psychosis or schizophrenia.
Has any condition where sound or vibration may not be appropriate as advised by your healthcare professional.
If you have any medical conditions, are under the care of a consultant, or are unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you or your baby, please contact me before booking so we can discuss it.
By booking your place, you confirm that neither you nor your baby have any of the conditions listed above, or any other health concerns that may make attending unsuitable. You accept full responsibility for ensuring this experience is appropriate for you and your baby and attend at your own discretion.
