This programme is for players who
• avoid full sprinting because they would cramp up
• missed a lot of games and training last season because of recurrent hamstring strains (that were probably not actually true hamstring issues)
• always have a stiff and tight lower back, no matter how many rubs they get 🫣
This programme blends a mixture of mobility, strength, power, running mechanics and injury prevention work.
At the beginning of the programme we will test your core and leg strength and power metrics, using the same specialised testing equipment used by Premier League and AFL teams.
The classes will be physio led in our fully equipped, exclusive rehab studio, giving you face to face support and access to a physio each night to answer any questions you might have.
To keep you on track outside of the class, you will have 24/7 access to the programme using our online training platform as well as the exclusive facebook group.

We will test strength and power, asymmetries, biomechanics and movement quality, to identify any specific deficits we can help you to improve
Face to Face Classes:
Beginning Monday 23rd Jan 8pm
Class will be Physio led and held every week in our private rehab studio
