The programme is designed specifically to meet the needs of Female GAA Athletes.
It will compliment your on pitch training, as well as giving you the knowledge and tools to balance gym & pitch training throughout the season so you optimise your performance and peak when you need to!
It will enable you to maintain high performance levels on the pitch as you come into preseason, recover quicker between sessions and reduce your risk of missing games through injury.

8 Week S&C Programme
Pre and Post Block Injury Screening & Performance Testing
1 Face to Face Class per week
2 Strength Sessions via Teambuildr (online app) per week
1 Recovery Session Via Teambuildr per week
24/7 Online Support via private Facebook group
Injury Screening & Performance Testing:
Tuesday 10th January 6:30pm
We will test strength and power, asymmetries, biomechanics and movement quality, to identify any specific deficits we can help you to improve
Face to Face Classes:
Thursday 19th January 8pm
Class will be Physio led and held every week in our private rehab studio
