This is a guided psycho-spiritual insight meditation intended for deep introspection and insight to discover the whispers of your souls calling.
What might be trying to break through or emerge forth from within your psyche for your highest good, integration & support? You will be guided through an initial talk followed by a meditation journey with a series of questions, prompts & musings to facilitate a deeper connection to self to reveal the truth for you at this time. There will be opportunity to integrate the insights through drawing/journaling and sharing in circle if you wish. However there is no onus on you to speak in the circle if you do not wish to.
This is an opportunity to land into the bones of your body, to allow yourself to be held & experience safety at the nervous system level. When our nervous systems feel safe enough to let go, deep healing, restoration & growth occurs at a cellular level.
