Join us for a Yoga Summer Series designed to guide you gently back to balance.
Set in the beauty of the Gables Garden, each session invites you to nourish your soul under open skies, surrounded by nature.
Through yoga, breathwork, and deep sound meditation, we’ll create space to release stress, replenish energy, and rediscover inner calm. You’ll be held in a space of nurturing support—where your nervous system can soften, your body can unwind, and your spirit can feel connected.
Whether you’re seeking a reset after a busy season, space to nurture your spirit, or the quiet clarity of inner connection, these sessions offer a sanctuary of pause and presence.

Cost: £45 per session, all three for £115
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sessions will be held, weather permitting, in the gardens of The Gables (next to the Music Room). Please wear sutiable clothes for movement and rest, an extra layer is advisable for the sound meditation. As we will be practising outside, please remember to wear sunscreen, bring suitabel clothing to protect you from the sun. A water bottle is also advisable.
