Sunflower Garden (Mixed Media artwork 7+years)

In this workshop we will look at the magnificent Sunflower for our inspiration. We will also be looking at Van Gogh's famous sunflower paintings and studying his use of colour and brush technique.

Emma will guide the children step by step to make a mixed media sunflower painting on board. We will be using modelling paste to add the texture. Emma will demonstrate watercolour techniques to add the colours and we will use posca pens for fine details to complete a beautiful art work ready to hang on the wall.
