Following on from our successful governance workshops across the country in February, we'll be hitting the road again with our colleagues from BIGGA and the GCMA to deliver five interactive and insightful sessions looking into the breadth of data and information available to help golf clubs make informed decisions, and how to build a plan for the clubs future that is impactful, sustainable and deliverable.
The workshops will involve a range of presentations and activities designed to help attendees take away ideas, methods and inspiration to review, improve and implement plans for future growth, course policies and an understanding as to how live and relevant data can be used to your advantage - and where to find it!
These free to attend sessions are aimed at members of a club’s leadership team, both paid & voluntary roles, with spaces limited to 60 delegates and a maximum of 2 representatives per affiliated club welcome.
