Families in Gaza are living through unimaginable hardship displaced by conflict, cut off from clean water, and struggling to keep their children safe. Water of Hope is a grassroots mutual aid initiative. From community to community, led by local humanitarians in camp, a brother and a sister, Ibraheam and Heba.
They are supported by solidarity and donations to deliver daily water trucks to a camp of 300 families in Deir Al Balah. This water brings hope, dignity, and survival to families who receive little to no other aid. Each truck brings 7,000 litres of life-saving water, restoring hope to hundreds of people.’rs, our work is grounded in agility, care, and solidarity.
