Four Day Immersive with Sandra Howling

(https://www.yogawithsandra.co.uk/) is delighted to return for her third visit to Ashtanga Yoga Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK, this time for 4 days of practise; Thursday-Sunday 4th-7th June 2026.
Sandra will be hosted and assisted by Adele.

You will benefit from assistance from two teachers in a small group environment.

Only 15 spaces. All levels welcome.

Schedule: 10am-1pm each day

Thursday 4th
10am - 1pm  Counted Primary Series with exploratory time for technique during practise, (whilst warm!) on some of the more challenging poses and transitions, such as Bhujapidasana, Garbapindasana, Chakrasana etc.,

Friday 5th:
10am - 12noon  Assisted Self Practice (Mysore style) 
12noon-1pm      10 minutes pause followed by Q&A

Saturday 6th:
10am - 12noon  Assisted Self Practice (Mysore style) 
12noon-1pm      10 minutes pause followed by Pranayama

Sunday 7th:
10am - 12noon  Assisted Self Practice (Mysore style) 
12noon-1pm      10 minutes pause followed by Yoga Nidra

Individual mornings may be released nearer the date, if spaces remain.

Terms:

For all workshops we will provide a full refund (less 10% admin fee) to those who cancel 28 days before the workshop commences.
A 50% refund (less a 10% admin fee) will be offered until 7 days before workshop commences. After this time, there will be no refund unless your place can be secured from a waiting list, in which case your fee will be refunded (less a 10% admin fee).
Should the event be cancelled by Ashtanga Yoga Banbury / Sandra Howling we will offer an alternative arrangement to the best of our ability or you will be offered a full refund. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel costs.
Approaching the dates, we ask that you kindly inform us of any pre-existing injury or condition that is relevant. We advise that if you are feeling any pain or illness during any class you should stop and rest.
