Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow yourself to settle into the space comfortably before we begin.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel relaxed and grounded. You may also wish to bring:

• Crystals or cards that help you feel more connected
• A blanket or cushion for additional comfort

This is a safe, supportive and welcoming environment suitable for both complete beginners and those already on their spiritual journey.
