Come and have some clay fun and make a highland Cow sculpture from terracotta clay.
Using sculpting techniques to create a 3D body Then using sculpture techniques to imply legs, head, texture and fun additions such has collars, bell and what ever takes your fancy.
We will finish with coloured underglazing to bring your character to life.
Your sculpture will be dried, fired to bisque to a cone 1 to allow the clay to go dark and the underglazing to pop.
This class is recommended for adults and crafty children over 10
We have now moved to upstairs at the art centre. 😀 We do have a small lift to allow access for anyone needing extra support.

Play with clay
Ticket price includes 2 hour tuition, all materials and firing. We hope to get your pottery back to you within 4 weeks. Some pottery doesn't survive the kiln - but this is rarely happens. :-)
