Aqua Strong runs Tuesdays and Thursdays this summer.
Summer 2026 is almost here and Aqua Strong - a specialized aquatic fitness format - is back at Smugglers' Notch Resort in Jeffersonville, Vermont.
Two, 4-week sessions are available to the public June - August.
If you are vacationing at the resort you are welcome to drop in for $20 per class.
Please reserve your spot in advance through Aqua Fitness Vermont to guarantee your registration.
Drop-in booking for vacationers will open here during the week of class—stay tuned!
Classes are conducted outdoors in a heated pool set between 84-86°F.
Heated locker rooms with showers are available before and after class.
All ticket sales are final. In the event of an unexpected cancellation by the instructor or the facility, all class registrants will be notified via email and tickets will either be refunded or transferred to a different date (if available).
If there is inclement weather and you do not receive a cancellation email, please assume class is still running.
