Aurora Nova - Floorwork Tricks, Transitions & Technique (Beginners+)

Due to popular demand, a limited run of classes have been added in May, before these classes go on break for awhile. You don't want to miss these rare classes!

Level up your floorwork game with professional contemporary dancer Aurora Nova. Build confidence moving upside down, develop strength where it counts, and learn a range of beginner‑friendly floorwork tricks and seamless transitions you can use in dance, pole, heels, commercial - or even on a night out. 😜

This workshop is perfect if you already enjoy Aurora’s Sexy Floorwork classes or train in styles like pole, heels, commercial, or contemporary. It’s also the ideal prep if you’re planning to join her following Intermediate Sexy Floorwork class at 8pm on the same nights.

Safety and technique are the heart of this course. Each session includes a thorough warm‑up and targeted conditioning to strengthen your body before exploring individual tricks, transitions, and movement pathways. Expect a supportive environment, clear progressions, and plenty of time to practice so you leave feeling strong, capable, and excited to take your floorwork further.

(No routines will be taught in this class, the focus is on learning individual moves/tricks)

Aurora Nova is a professional contemporary dancer, specializing in acro-dance.

Suitable for beginners+ (incl. total beginners), all genders and body types / Ages 18+
(Options to modify movements to make easier & more difficult)

Modifications will be given throughout so you only do what you feel comfortable doing.

ACCESS TO CLASS RECORDINGS (Optional Extra)

You have the option to purchase access to the full Zoom class recordings to catch-up on missed classes or practice at home.

This is an additional extra, and you must purchase the 'Block + Class Recordings' ticket IN ADVANCE. You won't be able to purchase individual class recordings, only the full course.
You will have access to the class recordings until 2 weeks after the course has ended.

Note: If no attendees purchase the class recordings ticket, then the class won't be recorded on Zoom

All payments for Aurora Nova classes are final and non-refundable at point of sale.

ILLNESS IN CLASS:

If you are unwell, please stay home. You will not be allowed to enter class if you are unwell with a contagious illness, or you do not know if it's contagious. This is to prevent spreading it to others and the teacher, in class. This applies to ALL illnesses, not just Covid-19.
