Rachael Marchant Davies

Rachael is a mindfulness, Yin and Qigong teacher in North Wales. As a nurse, Rachael saw these practices as a way to bring balance and ease stress both for herself and those she worked with.
Rachael discovered Qigong whilst on retreat and hasn't looked back since. Rachael enjoys learning different types of Qigong and meditation and sharing these with others with a focus on a warm, friendly, non-judgemental approach. She has a particular fascination by mind body connection and all the ways this can be explored with a sense of curiosity, kindness and fun.
Rachael often reflects the energies of nature through her practices.
When she's not practising Qigong, yin yoga or meditation she enjoys weightlifting, walking, reading and seeing live music.
