Join us for a relaxing class full of massage, bonding & connection for you & baby.
You and your little one will learn a full body massage over our 5 week course.
Benefits of baby massage include: aids brain & muscle development, helps relaxation & sleep, eases wind, colic & reflux, promotes bonding & produces oxytocin, helps to ease congestion.
Our massage classes also include two (optional) ways to create lovely memories with your little one:
On week 1 we provide a personalised keepsake footprint document to create in class and take home. We use water based non toxic paint but if you'd like to bring your own paint / ink / ink-less prints please feel free to do so.
On week 5 we have a graduation with a lovely photo booth.
Our classes are completely baby led, we encourage as much feeding, cuddling, rocking and moving as you and baby need.
Classes are judgement free and full of other friendly, down to Earth parents (all types of carers are also more than welcome at all classes).
Please bring baby's usual changing bag & a blanket.
Complimentary organic massage oil is provided.
It is important that your child is happy and healthy when attending. Please do do not attend if they have any contagious illnesses.
