In her body is a workshop that aims to empower and awaken your inner confidence and to enable you to release emotions and stagnant energy in a healthy way.

Our emotions need a release and what healthier way to allow those emotions an outlet than dance and movement. This workshop is all about you learning to feel good in your own skin and expressing your own sensuality.

Our bodies hold memory and store emotions that sometimes aren't proceed which can hold us back. During this session you will become very intuned with your body through movement practices to help you connect and allow unwanted stagnant energy to pass through.

• Dance (floorwork)
• Movement & stretches
• Activities to guide you through processing and releasing emotions

You do not need to be able to know how to dance or have any experience we will be focusing on simple dance and movements that allow you to slow down and be in your body. This is a safe space for women.
