In this lively and informative 2 hour workshop, Sarah will deliver up to date information about achieving successful weaning in ways that suit you and your child. From how to know they're ready, what foods to introduce and when and how to streamline the process right through to distinguishing between gagging and choking, and how to respond.
Ask all your weaning questions as you go.
Following the session, Sarah will send you a padlet of excellent weaning resources and she will also provide 1 month unlimited email support from when you start weaning.
Sarah is an NCT Trained Introducing Solids Workshop Leader and Breastfeeding Counsellor. She has 20 years experience working in the perinatal field. She has raised her own three children.
