Introductory Raja Yoga Meditation Weekend Retreat

This weekend retreat is an introduction to the practice and philosophy of Raja Yoga meditation. Topics covered include, The Power of Thoughts, Introduction to Meditation, The Journey Inward, The Journey Upward, The Journey Outward and Strengthening Soul Consciousness. There will be time for meditation, conversation, group activities, some silence and walks in nature.
