Reflection Series: Learning about Caring and Sharing

This is Maureen’s story of discovery about how complex attachment is. She had never heard of this until she joined the Brahma Kumaris. Having an adventurous nature, Maureen was able to live in BK centres across Australia whenever and wherever there was a need. Moving around so much, Maureen developed the courage to try many new things which increased her talents and life skills.

Maureen Cannon has been studying and teaching meditation with the Brahma Kumaris for 39 years. The initial 28 years were spent balancing working full time and centre activities with eventually co-ordinating some BK centres. Maureen has been the coordinator of the BK meditation centre in Perth, WA, since 2015.
