This comprehensive workshop covers the basics of milk production, how to know that your baby is getting enough, proper positioning and latch for successful nursing, possible complications and their resolutions, common feeding misconceptions, and information on storing and expressing milk. Individual concerns are also addressed and techniques and tips to ease the nursing relationship are shared.

Prenatal Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding Class
This registration includes the pregnant person and one non-pregnant support person. If you'd like to have your doula attend as your support person, please contact Brittany at britt@blossomingbelliesbirth.com prior to completing registration. Access to the self-paced course will be provided after the in-person session.
