Details
Fitness Pilates Mums & Tots Class. For Mum's that want to workout and bring their little ones with them. Pilates exercises for mums, tots can join in or play. Nursery rhymes and actions, relaxed fun and welcoming class. Great way to meet other local like minded mums with little ones.

BoniFit Mummy & Me Classes.
Mums: Come in workout wear you can move in & bring a bottle of water with you.
Fitness mats provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Little ones: Some kids mats and soft toys provided, please bring some of your own and any snacks, drinks, blankets, potty's, dummy's, soft toys, etc to make it the best experience for you both.
Please contact Andrea directly if you would like to bring an additional sibling along.
VERY IMPORTANT
This class is non transferable and no refunds are given
You pay for your place not your attendance.
If you can not make a class you will be offered a week in Andrea's online Facebook VIP group to do any of her on demand Pilates workouts. So you won't miss out on your Pilates fix!
