This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years. I offer layered options throughout, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body on the day.
Expect a soothing, steady flow that helps you release tension, reconnect with yourself and settle into a deep sense of ease. It’s a welcoming space to unwind, breathe, and nourish both body and mind as we move through the week together.
What to bring and know before you arrive
Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water so you can stay hydrated throughout the practice.
There’s free parking on site, making it easy to arrive and settle in.
Doors close at 7.30pm so we can begin without disturbance, so please aim to arrive by 7.25pm at the latest to give yourself time to get comfortable and grounded before we start.
