Open level yoga class streamed live online to your home via Zoom.
Attend single classes, or take weekly as a course to revitalise, stabilise and relax body and mind.
Enjoy slow, flowing movements closely linked to the breath with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes are personalised to accommodate your level of experience and ability, from beginners onwards.
Taken as a course you will develop your practice skills, or attend as individual sessions. All welcome.

~ You’ll need a laptop, computer, tablet or smart phone to join this online class.
~ You’ll receive the Zoom link for this class as soon as you’ve completed your booking. This link will be active from 10 minutes before the class start time.
~ Visit the link 10 minutes ahead of time for your first class. There is a very quick and straightforward download to join in and then you can set up and relax before the class begins.
~ Please get in touch before hand so we can help you if needed. We’d be happy to talk you through your first set up.
~ Once you’ve booked you’ll see your Zoom link and top tips for having an enjoyable online class.
~ The link should arrive very soon after booking. Please get in touch if you don't receive it within one hour.
