This session is perfect for those who are new to cold water/open water swimming. The session will be an introduction to the basic skills required to swim in the open water safely.
Area’s Covered:
We will cover topics such as fitting your wetsuit, how to enter the water safely, acclimatisation, submerging in the water, building confidence in the water, a short swim/dip, exiting the water and recovery.

One off session - £40 (Includes lake entry and a hot drink from the Café). Minimum of 3 people required.
I have a small supply of wetsuits for hire. Should you need one, please get in touch at info@cgperformancecoach.co.uk before the session to arrange hire.

On the Day:
Meet at the Café, where the ‘Carrine Green Performance Coaching’ feather flag, 5 to 10 minutes before the session starts. From there, we will move to the coaching location (weather dependent).
Session Length:
Approx 60 mins. The duration of the session may vary based on weather and water temperature. If the session needs to be postponed due to poor conditions, I will provide as much notice as possible.
If you are missing any kit or have further questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch, and I’ll assist where possible.
