Join Emma and Jenny (Little wren healing hands) for yoga and Reiki over 2hrs in the Tipis. Starting with a meditation, then grounding yoga and ending with a meditation and everyone receiving some Reiki. Enjoy the beautiful view inside the Tipis at Primrose, perfect for sunset. All abilities welcome and equipment is provided. Wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket for relaxation.
All women are welcome, 12+ years old. Pregnant ladies welcome (after 12 wk scan)
Parking is available on the field next to tipis and the main car park, there’s a toilet by the office. The Tipis are an outdoor venue so dress appropriately for the weather, bring a blanket and cushion for relaxation. Yoga mats and bricks are provided.
