I invite you to a relaxing day of healing Qigong, Meditation, Mindfulness Walk and a relaxing sound bath nestled within the beautiful and magical woodland at Dearden Wood. On the day you will receive breakfast and lunch. we shall bring the evening to a close with a choice of tea and also treats whilst sat around the crackling campfire listening to the sounds of nature and music.

Unfortunately, there is no parking at Dearden Wood. There is parking in Edenfield and also paid parking on the Rostron Arms Pub Car Park. It is just a short walk up to Deardon Wood from Edenfield. the walk is approximately 10 to 15 minutes along the beautiful country lanes.
If you could please bring along a Mat, Blanket, Pillow and some water on the day. There is a no smoking policy on the site.

Directions to Deardon Wood. Please walk up Gincroft Lane and walk past the cricket club that is situated on your right. carry on walking up the lane until you reach a property on your right. you will see some wooden panel fencing around the property. Turn right on to Michael wife Ln and carry on walking until you reach a wooden cabin on your left. you have arrived at Dearden Wood.
