This workshop is a little pre-Christmas booster shot to get ready for those busy days ahead.
We'll be looking at:
Avoiding meltdowns
Dealing with picky eating
Different expectations
Leading with love.
We'll do this through:
Developing safety through connection in an environment
Routines
Decide what you will do
Dealing with BIG feelings when 'other people' are watching.
Please feel free to invite friends/relatives - the more people on the same page the bigger the connection!
This class is online on zoom. You will be sent your login on registration. Please have a quiet space where you feel free to interact and a working mic/camera.
