Join our Brioche workshop and learn the techniques behind our exclusive products and our number one most popular item: the 'Brionut'. From mixing and kneading the enriched, buttery dough to shaping and baking, you’ll master every step of the process.
Perfect your skills to create a soft, golden brioche with its signature light and airy texture. As well as making a variety of fillings for them, from pistachio cream to Orange Blossom Crème. This hands-on class is ideal for learning how we make our brioche and trying something completely unique.

Our cream & seasonal fruit Brionut
A Tarte Tropézienne
A Brioche Tressée aux Pépite de Chocolat
