Bank Holiday Monday, step out into nature's calm. Lie back on a floating bed, as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan tones, and Koshi chimes flow through the open air. Fresh air, gentle water, an immersive soundscape. It's a rare chance to reset outdoors. Only two left this year. Come breathe, float, and let the morning hold you.
Children ( 1 per adult) are welcome to attend as long as they can keep still for an hour and must be able to swim.

By booking, attending, or participating in any cold water swimming or dipping session organised or facilitated by the host/facilitator, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
You do not have a pacemaker
You are not in the 1st trimester of pregnancy
You do not suffer from epilepsy or seizures.
Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility.You confirm that you are choosing to take part at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and wellbeing before, during, and after the session.
Medical Responsibility
You confirm that:
You are physically and mentally fit to participate.
You have sought appropriate medical advice if you have any health conditions or concerns.
You will not participate if you have any condition that could be worsened by cold water immersion without prior medical clearance.

The session facilitator does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any guidance offered is for general wellbeing purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
