Strengthen, lengthen and tone with this dynamic fusion of Pilates and barre. This low-impact, full-body workout combines controlled Pilates movements with ballet-inspired exercises to improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility and muscular endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, each class offers modifications and progressions, leaving you feeling stronger, more aligned and energised.
To enable your teacher to offer you suitable modifications, a health questionnaire must be completed before you join a class and we request that you inform your teacher if your health changes at any point, or if you have any injuries that we should be aware of.

Please wear something comfortable that you can move in and has plenty of stretch - leggings or jogging bottoms. A water bottle is advisable.

You will find Cscape Pilates Studio through the small courtyard of Sully's Frames. Roadside parking is available. There are also council carparks either end of Commercial Road, both just a couple of minutes walk from the studio. Great coffee a few doors down.
