ONLY 1 adult will be admitted with a paying child ticket 1 more extra adult ticket may be purchased subject to availability. Please do not book more than 1 extra adult ticket
PARKING
Parking for cuddle cubs is directly outside the front door or to the left hand side of the building. Please do not park in our neighbours carparks, there is ample parking available to our customers so please utilise this space.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Please do not arrive before your session start time, this is a busy event and to accommodate everyone particularly in the car park on the day we can not admit you before your session start time.
Please leave promptly at the end of your session. Thank you for your understanding.
CARE
Please take care when entering and exiting the building with children the carpark is expected to the be busy.
PUSHCHAIRS & CARSEATS
Please do not bring pushchairs and car seats into your session where possible, we do not have the space to accommodate these. provisions will be made available for people travelling on foot, or using public transport to store pushchairs and car seats during the session.
OLDER CHILDREN
This session is intended for children 0-6 years, older children can not be admitted to this session, please bare this in mind when making your booking, children 14+ may be admitted using an extra adult ticket. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
