D4 Puppy Class Stage One

We’re thrilled to welcome you and your dog to our Puppy class! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read the following instructions carefully:

📍 Arrival & Location

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow your dog time to settle before the session begins. This will be outside of the venue and you will be let in at the start time.
Classes are held at The Rooms, North Newbald, YO43 4SA. Look out for signage or a team member to guide you in.

🐶 What to Bring

Your dog on a flat collar or harness (no extendable leads, please).
High-value treats – think small, soft, and irresistible! i.e. small cubed cheese, Sausage or cheese in a tube
Favourite toy – something comforting and familiar.
Poo bags – we appreciate responsible clean-up.
Water bowl – especially on warmer days.

👟 What to Wear

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes – you may be moving around during exercises.

📚 Class Etiquette

Please keep your dog on lead unless instructed otherwise.
Avoid letting your dog greet each other before class – we’ll guide safe socialisation.
Please noted that if your dog is in season they should not attend the session, but the owner can attend on their own so they can carry on with the work with their dog.
Mobile phones should be on silent to minimise distractions.
If your dog is unwell or in season, we kindly ask you to skip the session and let us know.
Children are to be supervised at all times at your own risk and the instructor is to be informed of their attendance. (Not all dogs appreciate children)

🗓️ Booking & Cancellations

• Payment
  
  Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. We accept payment via our online booking system.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling
  
  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via your booking confirmation link or contact us directly at least 48 hours before the session. This allows us to offer your spot to another dog and owner.

• Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will be eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future class.
    
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule if possible.
    
  • Missed sessions (no-shows or late cancellations) cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• Exceptional Circumstances
  We understand that life happens if you or your dog are unwell, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always try to be fair and flexible where we can.

📸 Photo Consent

We love capturing special moments during our training sessions wagging tails, proud owners, and pups in action! Photos may be taken for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

By attending, you consent to your dog (and possibly you!) being photographed or filmed during the session. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know before the class begins we’ll absolutely respect your wishes.
