An uplifting, energising and relaxing start to the weekend.
A breath guided class where you're free to explore and turn your focus inwards for optimum well being and benefit.
Classes begin with seated warm ups for grounding, centring and safely release any tension & tiredness in the joints. Moving into gentle yogic flows to energise and revitalise all aspects of the human experience at our own pace. Developing a more mindful & conscious approach to handle our energy, physicallly, emotionally & mentally. The session will conclude with a relaxation & short meditation. 🙏🏽

This Class is suitable for beginners.
We suggest you can bring your own Yoga mat if you choose.
A mat will be provided if you don't have one and we can provide any props you may need 🙏🏽
Please wear something comfortable that doesn't restrict or limit your movement in any way.
