If you've ever wanted to spend a proper day learning the art of Italian cooking, this is it. Our flagship full-day workshop is an immersive journey through the techniques, flavours and traditions that sit at the heart of every great Italian table.
Guided by Devour Executive Chef Carl Frost, you'll build an entire menu from scratch. Begin by stretching and baking beautiful focaccia, before mastering fresh pasta and delicate filled ravioli by hand. The day culminates in a seasonal main course that celebrates the very best produce the time of year has to offer, bringing together everything you've learnt into one unforgettable meal.
Running for six generous, unhurried hours, this workshop is designed for complete beginners and passionate home cooks alike. Your experience includes a welcome drink or speciality coffee, all ingredients and equipment, a comprehensive recipe booklet, and finishes with a proper Devour-style feast shared around the table with your fellow guests. Leave with new skills, lasting confidence, and an Italian menu you'll be proud to cook for family and friends for years to come.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.
To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class
