Dorset & Hampshire Iyengar Yoga are delighted to welcome Level Three Teacher Rachel Lovegrove to host our Hampshire 2026 Exchange of Learning Day on Pranayama.
Exchange of Learning Days replace the previous Profession Development days and are more focused on sharing experiences and working together in groups. This event is for Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers & Trainees only and will count towards your specialist training hours.
The theme for the 2026/2027 period is “Pranayama” - see attached programme for details.
These events are a great learning opportunity for all teachers and trainee teachers providing participants with the opportunity to share knowledge and experience in a friendly environment.
Nivel: Teacher
Please aim to arrive around 15 minutes before the start of the workshop to secure your place in the room, set up your mat, and stow your other belongings.
Please ensure you have access to a copy of the attached programme on the day - either printed or as an electronic copy on a device you have with you. You may also wish to bring something to make notes for future reference.
We will break for 50 minutes around 1pm. During this time you are welcome to bring a light lunch to eat.
Complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits will be provided.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks before the event will be refunded, less a £3 administration fee.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the event.
All attendees must be certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers or Trainees.
