This is your invitation to soften, open and reconnect with your heart space.
Join us for a slow and deeply restorative afternoon designed to support the heart - physically, energetically and emotionally. Through a gentle heart-opening yoga practice, we will create space in the chest and shoulders, inviting ease, openness and a sense of being held.
This practice will also support the heart chakra (Anahata), the energetic centre associated with love, compassion and connection - both to ourselves and to others.
Warming heart-opening herbal tea will be offered as a simple ritual to nourish and soothe, helping you to slow down and arrive fully in the moment.
We will then move into deep rest through a calming sound bath meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart space to integrate and receive.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you are feeling called to rest, soften or reconnect with yourself in a gentle and nurturing way.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers/socks.
Mats, props and blankets are provided but if you would like to bring your own, you're welcome to.
Please bring a bottle of water and if you want extra cosiness, a hot water bottle and/or eye mask/pillow. We have a kitchen next door where you can fill hot water bottles.
